1. ASN's (Army Serial Numbers) removed from original for privacy purposes.
2. PFC E3 Fred L. Ellis did not ship with original unit although he completed training. Reason is not currently known.
3. PVT E2 Marvin R. Pearce, noted in Remarks column as "(Standby)", did ship with original unit and became the 47th IPSD's first casualty on August 25, 1968.
